Wellspring Family Camp offers parents and children the opportunity to learn a simple, scientific, and sustainable approach to a lifelong healthy lifestyle.  In a one-week vacation, families gain skills and motivation to continue losing weight long after camp ends.

On a typical day, parents break into parent-only sessions, have the chance to relax on their own, as well as have plenty of time to spend with their children engaged in exciting activities to create lasting memories.  Meanwhile, your child will spend time with you as well as with our caring, dedicated, and experienced staff who will engage your child in new activities, sports, and games to help ensure an amazing time.

A Typical Day for Parents

Every day provides numerous opportunities for parents to increase their own activity level, as well as to play and learn with their children. Parents also enjoy spending quality time with their children, away from the distractions of modern life.

The rhythm of camp takes on a life of its own. For example, every morning before breakfast we take a morning walk around the Village of Pinehurst.

Below is a sample day for a parent at Family Camp. Parents are encouraged to attend daily workshops as well as take time to enjoy the golf courses or the spa.
