Admission Criteria
WEIGHT: At least one child per family must be overweight as determined by Body Mass Index (BMI) and must provide a verified height and weight to Wellspring prior to admission.
MEDICAL: Family Camp will not admit children with medical issues requiring hospitalization.
CHILDREN: At least one child age 5 - 15 per family must attend. There is no limit on the number of children who may attend.
PARENTS OR GRANDPARENTS: At least one parent or grandparent must accompany the child to Family Camp. There is no limit on the number of parents or grandparents who may attend.
